Newsletters

Security Pulse is a fully independent news source. The purpose of these newsletters are for other people who are in the situation I once was in, where cybersecurity news was mostly dull and a genuine effort to keep up with, whilst working.

What Types of Newsletters are there?

By signing up or simply reading the website, you gain access to 2/3 newsletters every week. On Friday, you will receive the latest Threat Actor Spotlight newsletter. This, as most of you can tell by the name, is a weekly sum up of who has been doing what during the week. Which threat actors are active, which are doing campaigns and on which sectors. In addition to the Friday newsletter, on Saturday you'll receive a Cyber News Roundup newsletter. This is more generalised and less specific to attackers and what their current movements are. This will include stuff like, NCSC have made some new recommendations or CrowdStrike releasing an NDR (please be true). Lastly, the paid newsletter which will be $5 a month, purely because it requires so much effort, is the Sector Security Forecast. This is an analysis on sectors and the trends from threat actors that are hitting those sectors. It will also include my own recommendations on actions to take, preparations to make and training you should enforce to the affected teams.

Why is it designed like this?

I went for a newsletter approach to ensure the utmost easiest way. All that is required is a one time signup or if you wish a $5 a month fee, for everything you need, sent to you. Reducing any effort for finding news except just reading it!

Questions

If you have any questions always feel free to reach out, I am also very appreciative of feedback or anything missed in my news. Nothing is ever perfect, but with feedback I can tune the news to be as accurate as humanly possible.
